Brothers Grim Bartending is a mobile bar service built on a simple idea: your guests should feel personally looked after from the first pour to last call.

We arrive early, set up a clean and beautiful bar, learn your guests' names, and keep drinks moving so you never think about the bar once — except to hear how good it was.

From intimate backyard gatherings to celebrations of 250 and beyond, we bring the tools, the polish, and the service. You bring the celebration.

Table Wine Service

Any package

Keep your guests in their seats and their glasses full. One or two dedicated wine servers — scaled to your guest count — tend your tables through the evening, pouring, refilling, and quietly seeing to every glass, so no one has to leave the celebration for the bar or wait on the toast. You choose the wine; we bring the service.

Two cocktails come with The Grand Affair — but the menu needn’t end there. Add another hand-picked cocktail to your celebration and give your guests a longer list to raise a glass to, chosen from our full cocktail menu.

Personalized Signature Cocktail

Grand Affair & Royal Ball

Make it truly yours. Rather than choosing from our menu, let our team craft a bespoke cocktail designed around your celebration — a namesake drink, a nod to how you met, a flavour you’ve always loved. We’ll shape the recipe with you and pour it on the night. Priced per pair, and counted among the cocktails already included in your package.

$75 per pair of custom cocktails

Available with The Grand Affair and The Royal Ball.

The Details

Packages include bartender service for eight hours; each additional hour is billed at $65 per bartender.
All alcohol, mixes, ice, glasses, bar setup, etc. are not included.
Bartenders will be supplying all of their own bartending tools — shakers, muddlers, strainers, and more.
Bartenders are SIR certified and will carry their certificate.
Client is responsible for obtaining a Special Event Permit. Apply Here

Good questions, honest answers

Do you provide the alcohol?

No — our packages cover professional bartending service only. You supply the alcohol, mixes, ice, and glasses, and we're happy to help you plan the right quantities for your guest count.

How long does bar service last?

Every package includes bartender service for a maximum of eight hours, covering setup, service, and teardown coordination with your venue.

Are your bartenders certified?

Yes — all of our bartenders are SIR certified and carry their certificate at every event.

Do I need a permit to serve alcohol at my event?

In most cases, yes. The client is responsible for obtaining a Special Event Permit for their event. You can apply online through the BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch at justice.gov.bc.ca/lcrb/sep — we recommend applying at least four to six weeks before your event.

What equipment do the bartenders bring?

Our bartenders arrive with a complete professional bar kit — shakers, muddlers, strainers, jiggers, openers, and everything needed to run a polished bar. Larger equipment like bar tables, glassware, and coolers can be arranged through our rental partner.

My event has more than 250 guests — can you still help?

Absolutely. For events over 250 guests, reach out to book a consultation and we'll build a custom plan for your celebration.
